I used to make carbon fiber car parts. You need a few more things. You need to use a proper mold with mold release, the carbon fiber, stuff called peel ply, a fluffy mat type material called bleeder...it allows the excess resin to be sucked thru the peel ply and compress the carbon into a uniform thickness, and then your bag with absolutely no leaks. Also, the mold has to be a reverse of the bat...in other words you're building from the inside out. It would be a difficult, but not impossible task. We used to make tube protectors for race car tube frames and it was somewhat similar, but it was a semicircular shape. I never actually made a real bat so I can't say with any conviction on how to do it. But that's a very basic idea.

They make carbon fiber tube socks, it's a single piece and you'd be able to stretch it to the exact shape of the bat, with zero seams. Also, the vaccum bags are pretty pointless in this case as you're not doing resin infusion, so it's not really doing anything.
