Hello my whoop friends! From 11.46g to 11.00g in under two hours😂 This is the Frame for my new 2S Whoop Project. A happymodel Mobula8 frame with some holes😆
It's easy to make such a frame. It just takes patience, time and sensitivity in your fingers. And a little practice. Sometimes I make small craters with a sharp needle so that the drill doesn't slip while drilling. I drill with a cordless drill or by hand. Always wear safety glasses because these drills can break. That's why I bought a lot of replacement drills.
That`s it. Hope you like it too..
If you also want to make a frame like this and don't have any practice yet, then buy a few frames right away. Then you can practice :-)
If you have questions ask me in the comments down below.
Happy whoopin! Whoop whoop! :-)

See if you can find any of the old 85mm frames. I dont know why but Happymodel, Betafpv have all added like 3g to their 85mm frames recently. URUAV UZ85 frame is 8.5g, URUAV Bushido 85mm frame is 8.7g, Betafpv 85X frame was 9.6g i think. And these frames were strong, there was no reason to make them all so heavy now. I am just happy i got a few for backups

I've got 3 of those uruav uz85 frames! Pretty sure happymodel owned uruav? Maybe they saving that design for the mob8 2025.....?!

@@ragndroneman yeah not sure about the relationship there, I thought Uruav was the banggood house brand that used happymodel parts or something

@@ragndroneman I also still have some of these frames. But unfortunately the hole pattern only fits the 1102 engine. Not for 1103 engines. I have to see if I can mount the 1103 engines somehow.

Yes the old HM 85mm frame was very good! I also still have some of these frames. But unfortunately the hole pattern only fits the 1102 engine. Not for 1103 engines. I have to see if I can mount the 1103 engines somehow.

@@Tokyo_Dom you could be right. The parts were very similar just rebranded motors. Shame you dont see them anymore, uz80 and 85 were so cheap. Was kinda fun putting them together yourself too.

GNB 2S HV 380mah 90C. But maybe I'll order the tinywhoop 450mah or 300mah with BT3.0. Thanks for the tip!
