@@SabbaticalTommy That’s very kind to take time to give a personal reply I know how busy you are and I will follow your advice to persevere with the languages. My wife is Chinese and I have been learning mandarin on and off over the years , not easy. Have visited China and Taiwan , great trips and another move out of my comfort zone. As you often say people are people and if we were all fluent in each other’s dialect communication would be so simple and the cultural shock significantly reduced. I’am British and live in London but have been fortunate to visit NYC a number of times , what an awesome city that is , there is nothing better than sipping a black americano in a coffee shop on a stall at a counter in front of a window with a view of the sidewalk watching the world go by. Every race , colour , creed , gender , sexuality, age , clothing style passing by , so inspiring. All the best Tommy , take care buddy. Kent.

@@natecourtney3341 Agreed to this comparison. Except for one thing though! He should be wary of Kidnapings. Otherwise we will be asked to raise a ransom for him! The level of Kidnapigns in that country is worrying. We have our own kidnappers here in kenya but they cannot go very far because of technology. Every SIM card is registered with the government. The police and the TELCos are able to track thieves and kidnappers using special sofware and mobile transmiters (BTS). They can identify the exact location of a phone even when the GPS is off. I think the Nigerians should borrow a leaf from us. On this score Kenyans are ahead.

It was also good to see a Turkish company also sponsored (you can see its logo just next to Ganten - Chinese brand) to this great show. Maybe we do not have money like China but we have good products & nice people & wonderful hospitality for Africa (and African people). As Turkey, we are really focused on Africa to develop our relationship with African countries (and African people). There are many African students (and non-students) in Turkey and they live in peace and very friendly with Turkish people. Turkey welcomes all African people!

@@alexandermutune6131 Now Alex. Your question is interesting. Why are you asking about men and you are a man yourself? Do you remember that video of Sabatical at Diani in Mombasa Kenya. @@kiiza2886 Sorry Sir. Maybe this is due to a clash of cultures. In my country even a man with a pot belly and the latest SUV (V8) is very handsome. I believe it is also the same in your country. But I can go on to add. During my high School days one of the set books we studied for literature was Professor Wole soyinka's novel (Africa's nobel lauriate for literature from Nigeria) called "The lion and the jewel". According to the book the village teacher's girlfriend is married by the Village chief who had several wives. So how does handsomenes count here? I rest my case.

I think the U.S.A can be extremely dystopian. Some live in third world conditions, there's a struggling middle class, and some are living with the best amenities in the first world. I know it sounds like sugar coating, but the fact that that has been the seat of power in a long time and some people live in some despicable conditions and some others are living extremely good, the best tech and services in the world. Dystopian.

Tommy, I really enjoyed that. I hope to move to Rwanda for a while in the next few years and your video gave me a good feel for what its like. I obviously, value and appreciate the safety elements and cleanliness of Kigali. The level of organisation, civility etc. is refreshing. I think however, I might miss some of the chaos but all in all I think I like it. I'm curious to find out in the next few weeks if you think that Rwanda has a soul or not. The arena looks wow. Basketball would not be my sport, but I got the same vibe from it as if I was at a good Rugby game. The second half seemed more lively than the first ! I'm so looking forward to your next set of Rwandan videos. I'm sure you will, but I'd suggest that you visit Muzanze. Well done as always on learning some of the local language. Myself and my wife were learning Swahilli but it seems that maybe KeniaRwanda is more useful. We both have English and French so picked Swahilli as the local language to try and brush up on. Do you use Doulingo to ? I'm amazed at how quick you seem to pick up local languages. You really have a flair for languages.
