Questions here. 1. since it has an esp32 ... can you install linux ? 2. Can we use a bunch of MCU to make an computer ? (One for audio, other for video, other for memory, other for lan, etc).

This board is specifically designed for sensor data acquisition and real-time dashboards, so running a full Linux OS is not supported. But there are some smart people working on getting Linux working on ESP32, example project: github.com/ESP32DE/Boot-Linux-ESP32S3-Playground As for your 2nd question, maybe? But I am not aware of anything like that.

It does have 2 USB ports and maybe no mmwave, but it does have human presence sensor

Yeah, no UWB and for human presence, it uses STHS34PF80
