Find out how REAL MEN feel: • How Real Men Feel | Su...
It takes real strength to open up and talk about your feelings. I believe that this is the true meaning of manning up. Being strong enough to ask for help, man enough to talk. That is why today, these guys are the strongest men in the world. Let's create a community of strong, brave men who can openly talk about their sadness, vulnerabilities and fears. I welcome you to tell us how you are feeling in the comments section below. I want to thank everyone who helped me to make these videos.
These videos were inspired by my late friend Stephen. An energetic, caring man, who would go out of his way to help others. RIP Steve, you are greatly missed. x
How do you feel?
Are you having suicidal thoughts?
You are not alone! Don't suffer in silence, there are people ready to help you.

In a time when feminists discuss women's issues for the most time, it's nice to see that men's issues are not totally ignored. Thank you, Anna.

It is sad that the population on the Earth is over 8 bln and we should feel alone. Men's world is harder because they are expected to be strong and successful.

I was following you and your videos, now I can say that I love you. Really, thank you for this video. I lost one of my best friends three years ago and there has been not even one day that I spent without thinking about him. I was depressed as well and I don't know if I am still in the tunnel but I can see the light. And this video is part of the light for me and hopefully many more people. A big, big hug to you.

Thank you for this video, from the bottom of my heart. I have this quote - many Potterhead will recognise it - that I hope can help, even if it is just a little bit : Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if only one remembers to turn on the light. - Albus Dumbledore I hold on to that quote when I am feeling down, bad, when everything is too much and I hope that it can help you too. I am sorry for the loss of your friend Anna. Lots of internet hugs ❤

Great video, ty Anna. Ladies and Gentelemen, how a man should feel when he's no longer in employment and can't pay the rent or even provide the food for his family? Being hungry and cold and penniless is ok when you're a bachelor and it doesn't matter (much). It's a lot different when you have wife and kids. How should a man feel in such cases if not sad and depressed, exulted maybe? Unfortunately life is tough for most men. Ben, Callum, Sam, Nigel, Oliver, Geoff, Alfie, Aaron well done and keep fighting. Stephen, RIP.

Anna is great work what you are doing, also the fact that you are aware of men concerns and issues. Unfortunately , feminism movement has demonised men and in the current imes so far to seek for equal rights and opportunities the law descriminate men in some areas such as divorce process. It is worth saying that boys who grow up without fathers are likely to have serious problesm to socialise, they usually consume more drugs and have problem to have a regular life and reach their goals. I do believe in equality but in the recent years feminism has forgotten that men are human beings with feeling , desires and other way to see the world. Moreover, I believe men and women are complementary not equal and that is essential to bear in mind to get along with us.

I think now a days people are confused with the words tension and depression. I think, depression entirely different from tension. There is only one thing beyond depression. That is, suicide. The fact is there is a thin line between depression and suicide, where your pain becomes your happiness. Trust me, I had gone through it. But survival is only for great Men. Thanks Anna for this video. I wanna hug you tightly ☺️

I don't like people of this world since my childhood. I don't know why. I always felt like I am so different. Suicidal thoughts always come in my mind. I'd had some sittings with doctors and it's diagnosed as gender dysphoria because I am not happy with my gender identity.

It not like lots of men can't already, and haven't always been able to, openly talk about their sadness, vulnerbilities and fears. Either that or I see no more or less women really doing it. When you think about it, women are often just as likely as men to not openly express their anxieties and fears, especially with the pushing of today's empowered superwoman myth. No wonder the female suicide rate is increasing.
@EyeonthePrize247
@EyeonthePrize247 11 ай бұрын
Wow, you are completely off base on multiple points. The suicide rate for men is nearly four times higher than women’s. It’s historically been socially acceptable for women to express emotion with no repercussions while men get shunned, ridiculed, and demeaned if they do.
