World Suicide Prevention Day 2016

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 50 in the UK. Let that sink in. More than cancer, heart disease or any other illness, men choosing to end their own lives is the biggest killer. However, suicide doesn't just affect men, woman are just as susceptible and vulnerable to feelings this way and acting on those thoughts.
Don't be afraid to talk about your feelings, speak up and don't let your voice go unheard. There is no shame in feeling this way and the help is out there. Call Samaritans - 116 123 - or reach out to a support service you trust or a friend/family member you can count on.
