To be honest in ASEAN itself the members that not support NATO are Indonesia (look close to US but will neutral), Thailand (more close to China), Vietnam (as their past). And India is against China but not to close with NATO, seems will join depend who's the enemy. Most conflicted Mid East and Africa is against West
