How do you make islands with the shape layer? Every time i click the shape layer and make a path of an island, it just doesn't color it.
@Earthinawarshell Жыл бұрын
U need to manually draw it to make an island colored

Hey how do you make encirclements ?
@timoo2537 Жыл бұрын
Btw very nice video
@Earthinawarshell Жыл бұрын
Turn the shapelayer to multiply And u can make encirclements without border glitch
@timoo2537 Жыл бұрын
@@Earthinawarshell For me the Border glitch is still there
@Earthinawarshell Жыл бұрын
If its still there you can skip the encirclement animation and add effect fade in and fade out just like eastory's mapping style to make it look cool. Cut the shape layer first so it will not look messy. Watch my tutorial

@earthinanutshell3896 I tried setting the Stroke to multiply and this worked for me, but thanks anyway

Wouldnt really say it was just winter and oil, there were other factors aswell. But overall, great video
@Earthinawarshell Жыл бұрын
Thanks! But for me the main problem was oil making them to wait for their coming supply before operation typhoon and it was too late severe winter comes then barbarossa failed. The other problem was the transportation of the supply.
@bee-fs3vb Жыл бұрын
@earthinanutshell3896 yeah I agree with your third point, it was the logistical issues that was one of the very main reasons for why it failed. Muddy Road due to rain or sabotaged roads/railways caused a lot of supply issues, not to mention the ussr is massive as compared to the front germany fought in France. The winter, although affected German strength and moral by a certain margin, I wouldn't say its effects were nearly as crucial as the supply issues that the germans had. However, we also can't forget the determination of the soviets to keep fighting even after losing battle after battle.

@@bee-fs3vb germany really did a crucial mistake by invading yugoslavia making them to delay the barbarossa operation. For me i would just ask stalin for oils actually they will agree as a former ally of germany hitler should've focus in african campaign to linked up with vichy france (syria), iraq and iran this will make turkey force to join axis. and then after that they can be able occupy baku oil fields with the help of turkey and some forces in africa.
@Earthinawarshell Жыл бұрын
In 1943 the status of german oil was higher compared to 1941 after they completely occupy the oil fields especially the whole caucasus oil fields they can retreat back to their borders and create defensive line if the soviet were meant to counter attack this could make the soviet slowly to collapse as their oil is slowly getting empty and destroyed by axis forces. there're many tanks that were produced by ussr but in alternative way it would be useless as their oil is getting empty and destroyed so probably this could have a big impact for the soviet economy and soviet war machine
@bee-fs3vb Жыл бұрын
@earthinanutshell3896 6 well, one problem for Germany was that (atleast what they believed) was that if they delayed any longer the ussr will just grow stronger. The moment that operation barbarossa happened is when the ussr was still healing from the great purge. If that was to be delayed, it is possible that the ussr would've been stronger than in modern day 1941. Also, the nazi economy and its income also very heavily depended upon plundering other countries/peoples. However, egypt, and especially the suez canal, were very vital. So there can be arguments made for the concentration of resources on the north african campaign. But there were also ideological reasons for barbarossa, such as lebensrum and the extermination of bolsheviks and slavs

Can you make a tutorial about it?

Lack of oil and no winter equipment sounds like the Russians were pinjatas and not hardened soldiers who fought like maniacs with or without armor and airforce. That's what won them the war
