What gets me is the basic fact no matter how much surgery they get, they’ll never look like said celeb. The patient’s facial features, unless bought & paid for like Kylie Jenner or Bella Hadid, could never match the celeb bc of bone structure that cannot be replicated. They just end up looking like a plastic surgery mess of epic proportions.

Some of these cases should be checked for mental stability (a few of the patients parents should be looked at as well) when they give the reasons for wanting some of these procedures. I have to say I am finding it a little upsetting when I hear younger people that don't seem to believe that they are not assigned there gender at birth. There gender is determined by chance. Which sperm cell is the fastest and strongest one and wins the race of conception. So they are what they are from the very beginning it just takes a very short part of the pregnancy to show the gender that will eventually be born.
