Thank you so much for posting this video. I can not find many more videos of zhao changjun at his prime. I miss the way wushu used to flow and the rhythm of the forms. The forms are now choppy and do not have very much rhythm. The relaxed power of zhao changjun is very difficult to recreate. Explosive at just the right moment and then relaxed again. I have been training very hard and I got very frustrated. So I would watch this video and I would be inspired once again. It would allow me to see the possibilities in this sport and that it is a lifetime of practice. I can not exaggerate how much I thank you for posting this video.
