Omg!! You made so nostalgic Mac. I lived in Singapore for 5 yrs n m totally in love with it. Dunno if you're still there or not .... but do visit the River Safari to see the cutest Pandas ... Jia Jia and Kai Kai. They also have a baby now named Le Le. Go to the skydeck at the Marina Bay Sands hotel. Be on the roof of that boat and watch the beautiful view. A lot of Singaporeans live in the HBD's ...the public housing made by the government. So around these you'll see a lot of these outdoor gyms. Also its a country that runs mainly on public transport n not for a moment do you miss owning a car. SG is a dream place. You must plan a longer trip. Sentosa Island, Bird Park, night safari, Clark quay ...the food there, MBS mall, Mustafa centre at Little India, Chinatown, Merlion Park, East Coast Park, Orchard Street.....the list is endless. I ❤SG!! Majulah Singapura!!!

Only Asians who don't want to get dark refrain from walking. I used to be one of those. Now that I love walking and the outdoors (multiday trek etc), I got darker. Know what Asians I know told me? "Oh, you are so much darker now. What happened?" with a sad face. I was usually the fairest amongst everyone including other white people. Funny part is they talk like it is a bad thing to get darker.

@@worldnomac yeap. That long bridge you walked leads to a relatively quiet area which stays quiet almost all the time (except along the waterfront in the evenings), as it is undeveloped land reserved for future development. It is indeed the fastest way to get to the Singapore Flyer, but you won't see much along the way. Ironically, just before you crossed the bridge, while you were saying how modern Singapore is, one of our preserved historical districts (Kampong Glam) is right there across the road and in the background. ;)

The "flower" is an art-science museum. "Concert" place is where we celebrate our national independence day. You can try searching up Singapore NDP on youtube for a sneak preview! The bridge which you crossed is called Helix bridge, like a DNA. It's really pretty at night! Check it out!

Hi kuya! kumusta ka? I love watching your videos but your subtitles were covering partial of your videos which cannot have a full view of the sceneries. It would be better if you can make it smaller though. Thank you! ☺
