I’ll bet this game inspired the episode, “Kamp Krusty”. If only Konami got the home console license for The Simpsons and X-Men since those arcade games rocked! Sadly they both were given games that were butchered from being published by LJN and Acclaim who acquired the latter.

Eh, I definitely wouldn't say butchered but yes, I do agree about konami & have also said that many times. I still enjoy these acclaim Simpsons games though. I love Bart & the Beanstalk.

Not the best Simpsons game but it was better than the other 8 bit Simpsons games, this one at least was playable and Bart could increase his health and fight his enemies.

Wifi has nothing to do with it. You just have to record the footage to a device that has online capabilities, or move it to one that does afterward. @ellucinao5808 is not right in general: I think most people use a Super Game Boy or a Game Boy Player. The longplayers at World of Longplays do indeed use emulation though, if I recall correctly.
