As a kid, I loved to play a PC port of this game (yeah, I know, it had inferior soundtrack, but I didn't know any better), especially with a trainer that disables strict time limit. Without timer it's possible to just drive around the city. Crazy to think this was one of the first 3D more or less open-world games with detailed city, before GTA3.

Great run! Back in the day I remember randomly rolling through a Best Buy that had CT running on a demo kiosk. Played for about 10 minutes and picked up a Dreamcast on the spot, lol.

This game is basically a gameplay cross between 2 brilliant red hot chili peppers songs - Californication and By The Way. Add some Offspring and Bad Religion music and you've got a quality game.

The only problem with the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions is they removed the original soundtrack and the licensed places to go to like KFC, Pizza Hut, etc. If you have the songs yourself, you can add them as the game supports custom songs.

Crazy Taxi 1 was still better than 2, although 2 was good! it was simple, very fun, colorful, constantly moved with a beautiful soundtrack, unfortunately they did not know how to take advantage of the full potential of the game, this game could have an online version with the opening of new cities and new songs, there could be a taxi confrontation approaching the GTA or PlayStation drive, unfortunately I am not a developer because I would make an alternative version in my house!
