why do certain arm wrestlers get so much hate for the Kings move, when Denis is totally praised for it? he looks like a muscle-bound hulk, but he is, was, and will always be a King's mover. his open arm "bone lock" is a big part of his "strength".

Devon got levan with the kings move in round 1, exactly like he did with chaffee in that match. Difference is they called the foul in east vs west, because the shoulder is below and not parallel. Devon sad also afterwards he is not 100% happy with the rule system. Don't want to suggest anything here, it was just noticeable.

Rules were different. WAL was shoulder above the pad, while EvW is humorous in a decline. You can still have your shoulders be above the pad while your humorous is in a decline position, which is why it isn't a foul in WAL.
