Prime Denis vs Ermes Comparison!

We'll Denis had stronger pronation in past in TRUE POWER channel with kirill he mentioned that he did 100kg in static pronation lift (no videos out there tho..) He is honest so we can believe

Thank you for the information but, I believe ermes stays superior in pronation because he's following devon larratt's pronation lift and stuff which is very effective compared to normal or static pronation.

@ArmWarrior69 Whatsoever, that shows how much strong arm power and riser & pronation he got Through thumb it's easier (acc to Devon) Through knuckle it's very difficult ( that Levan does) Btw ermes should try that lift..

@_mayurlokhande I would love to see Ermes trying it too! I really wanted the match between Denis and Ermes which was cancelled due to Denis's health issues but I hope when they actually pull we get to see whose training has paid off. 😁

I think, Prime Denis strenght+weight with today Denis technique is unbeatable! Well Ermes still has time to progress, so I think he will be the number 1 in the next 5 years, if he (God forbid) doesnt get injured.

I believe prime denis had a good amount of technique back then but Ermes seems a little bit better in technique even though I would agree that they have equal technical knowledge, I just feel ermes is slightly better.

@@ArmWarrior69 Yeah, maybe Ermes has better pronation and of course riser, even press, Denis has better bicep and endurance. If Denis took high grip (he always takes low grip) he could force Ermes in a hook battle and win. Same maybe with Levan, but he would have need much stronger wrists.

Denis had no technique, he had two moves, low grip and use side pressure or when he’s losing use the open arm toproll a.k.a. Kings move😂. Levan is on a different level in both strength, table iq, and technique and so is Ermes!

Well, for his weight he was stronger than Levan, but his tehnique was much worse, I agree. His left was much better in tehnique though.
