Galaxy A53: Keeps Restarting? Stuck in Boot Loop? Easy Fixes!

Important Note: if u have SOS enabled, and u pressed the power button consecutively more then 4 times it will call ur emergency line like 911 in USA. So if enabled don’t press more then 4 times in a row.
I show you how to fix a Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone that is stuck in a constant restarting cycle or boot loop (phone turns off, on, off on, etc). These are all easy possible fixes and nothing to do with taking the phone apart. Good Luck!

This comment may sound silly, but putting my Galaxy A52 (predecessor to the A53) in a freezer for 10-15 mins when it was stuck in a bootloop actually made it work normally! It seems like something overheats inside the phone when it stays on for too long (or when charging). And by the way, this problem started all of a sudden while I was using my phone normally, so I can't seem to find anything I would have done out of the ordinary for the bootloop to happen... You should note that for my phone, cooling it was NOT a permanent fix. The phone HAS to stay cold to keep working. So I still had to buy a new phone (sadly...), but at least I could transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone by keeping the old one in the fridge. It sounds silly, it looked silly, but it "worked". Hope this helps someone 🙏🏻

Most of the devices (not apple) that I work on have a heat transfer pad that contacts a chip on the motherboard to try and control an overheat issue.

I can confirm that! My Samsung A51 wasn't even able to change into the safe mode anymore, nothing worked anymore from one day to another :( But I was able to safe my data by using a freezer but as said before it only works on time: In my case it's enough time to work on the data and safe it. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing you knowledge! Sidefact: This will be my last Samsung phone. The last one before exploded in the middle of the night while loading and I was stupid enough to buy a Samsung again after it - and now it ended in the bootloop. Shame on you, Samsung! 😡

This is literally me right now. My phone works like a dream in the freezer. But as soon as it gets to room temp it will start the boot loop all over again. I've kept it in the freezer for 6 hours and it worked so smoothly. So disappointing idk what the issue is. I even took off the back panel and reconnected everything without success. Still looping even after several factory resets

My phone was stuck in a loop for a long time and somehow now it doesnt even turn on ! I ried several time to turn it ON and connect it to the charger but is always this lightening logo and nothing seems to happen. Tried different charger but same. Sometimes it then show that pourcentage of the battery which is FULL, and turn OFF again. From time to time it happen to show the SAMSUNG logo but then its like frozen and if I tap the Volume minus + Power button together it just stop working, black screen and it just says like this...

Reply may be late but possibly your phone had a power button issue and just needed fixing. Someone with a problem like yours can try out their local phone repairer for a power button fix.

First it started with a "moisture in charging port" error, I checked the port for dust, cleaned it out, powered the phone back on and it was stuck on the boot up logo.... Long story short...after hitting the phone around it powered up fine without the moisture error as well, weird... But this video helped me out thanks.

warning, spamming will start to send an sos alert if phone is on. luckily it is easy to shut off so no issues. it gives u 10 secs to cancel it. actually useful to know, i assume its 3 rapid taps that does it.

Its weird because it never seems to happen at home, always seems to happen at work, I thought it was Bluetooth related or tlrelated to my 5g or WiFi or even my music app but I've had each one off before amd its still happened. Sometimes it happens really often then sometimes it doesn't happen for a day or two. It's a joke. I returned my original device because the same thing was happening, they sent out a replacement and the same thing. It must be a batch of a53s with faulty software imo. I've just taken the L.

I want to get it checked or repair as soon as possible, but im afraid they might sneak up on my data privacy stuff (samsung Store recommended me this one computer center nearby since they dont have their own a technician there but ive heard something about it SO IDK ANYMORE MAN🫠) I also want to try the rice method just in case the insides of my phone got wet. OMG It worked on my A51. I put him several times in freezer for about 20 - 25 minutes. After this procedure it started charging, and after few more times it really started working. What an awesome fixing method.

Install an Udin software at your Laptop, set up Udin at your Laptop (same progress with rooting for device, then you can press vol up+down same time and Plug in the USB Until screen is green and press volume up

Inspired by your interesting method as well as the reball method of the repairmen, I took out the board from inside the mobile and with the hot wind of a hair dryer and the rubber end of a toothbrush, I started pressing the cpu, hard drive and base band!
