Crusaders continue to prepare their players for the 2023 Super Rugby season and this week they've invited Logan Dodds to join in one of their ruthless wrestle and run sessions!

I signed with an NRL team (you can probably guess who) out of school back in 2003 and the wrestle was a huge component of pre-season. It burns different 🤮 😂
