We are more than a week into this epic passage across the Pacific Ocean on my friend's catamaran. Long before I was into boats, I was obsessed with bright flashlights. This episode is about my 2 favorites, the brightest and the furthest shooting. Turns out it's the best flashlight for safety and rescue on a boat.

David I am a long time fan and have been putting up with you NOT releasing any videos for MONTHS AT A TIME LOL!!! There is a channel that I watch called Matts Offroad Recovery 1.5 million subs and he is looking for people who have little to no experience offroading to join an Offroad Games where he puts an inexperienced driver with an experienced passenger and have an offroad competition...its a lot of fun to watch lol they had the wrecker games last year and it was a GIANT success. flashlight is a game changer we hit an animal with a car at night had a small fluid leak so we though it was washer fluid for the head lights turn out we broken the line cooling the transmition. it overheated we had a major engine rebuild. a good light could have stop us from running the leaking engine

the acebeam is a bit big for fishing, but it'll definitely light up ALL of the water around you. The Maxtoch i used in the vid shoots really far and really deep, so that may be pretty useful for fishing.

Nice one David. What was your final weight loss by the way. That flash light was wicked and I think every boat should have one n their safety kit. Also this light could cause serious injury so who ever operates it better have a know how on operating it. Looking forward to more video from you.
