I have seen a couple videos about china building huge malls and neighborhoods for thousands that are not being used bc of over developement and a poor economy. It's actually a really awesome park, but the way that China works is they just build stuff not thinking so much about its future. So it is deteriorating now. But, I can assure you that if there were a bunch of people there the experience would have been much more fulfilling. It does seem like a desert right now.
