You need to have that "130 kg" stone in your gym weighed. It might be a 140 kg. Knowing in training is important. A couple of years ago, the Stoltman brothers THOUGHT their wooden log was 140 kg and relied on it training up to a large competition. They both did way worse than expected at the log event. Afterwards they had their own log control weighed, and it came in around 8 kg lighther than expected. They will not make that mistake again. Train hard, stay safe 👍👍👍... and go win!
