On the subject of Cobras. Picked up a 1983 NOS 29LTD today. Pots where stiff and meter was stuck. After a little spray and adjustment working like new. Big difference from the Chinese junk. Great video!

I never set my swr with my dosy meter or even my radios but the radio is better....i use my mfj 269c great video

You can still calibrate it just rolling your deadkey up and down generally

Same cobra board but 2 little PC boards added, I wish I could send a picture for you to see it. I took pictures of mine to show my friends. I thought the main board was surface mount but through hole components. Hopefully he'll show everyone the insides.
