. I still think it would be a good idea to have a Brazilian wave pool tour to allow the Brazilians to excel where they do, in the smaller stuff for tricks, and big spots like this for those like JJF who can't be matched by small wave guys. I felt the vibration in this final unlike the Kelly pool and final five mess.

I already know the winner because I visited the WSL webpage to find out how to watch the entire finals day, and the winner was prominently displayed on the front page. As a long-time fan of professional surfing since the ASP days, it’s disheartening to witness the decline in the World Surf League. The lack of consideration for surfers and fans and the continuous deterioration of the experience have left many feeling disillusioned. Seth’s sentiment about not enduring the challenges of the challenger series again if he did not make the cut resonates with my own feelings. Sometimes, we reach a breaking point where the passion we once had becomes overshadowed by disappointment. It’s okay to step away when something no longer brings joy or fulfillment. Perhaps it’s time to explore other avenues within the surfing community or find solace in memories of the ASP era. To the surfers who have had to endure so much disappointment within the WSL: remember, our well-being matters, and sometimes saying “I am done” is an act of self-care. Congrats to Jack! 🤙🤙Sorry you could not compete at the box. Perhaps I’ll watch one more CT event stop at Cloudbreak if they grant the GOAT (Kelly Slater) the wildcard. However, once Kelly Slater leaves the WSL, I’ll follow suit.

You are confused, Jack's air did not score higher than that wave of JJ's, was Jack's earlier wave that got the 9.1, mostly because of that ridiculous make on the end section, the way he can free fall out of moves like its nothing is ridiculous. JJ's wave wasn't a bigger set wave neither which is always a factor. Jack won the heat either way, JJ couldn't find the second score.
