It is almost winter again so we are bracing ourselves for many many loadshedding schedules , but.......as part of my work I walk into many police stations , courts , correctional services , hospitals and other government offices , and to my surprise , in almost every goverment office and in front of every goverment official there is an electrical heater with 2 to 4 bars burning brightly. So if I understand correctly then saving electricity is only for the people on the ground and the warnings on tv to switch of all non essecials , swimming pool pumps , geysers and heaters are also not for goverment and goverment officials. Try to understand how many goverment buildings and officials and offices there are in this country , then switch on a 4 bar heater in front of every official and in every office and there is your reason the rest of country is in darkness.
