Because lulus embryos were "destroyed" or stolen lost thats how britt had rocco. Someone has those embryos somewhere and somehow thats how soaps always work.... Idk if you remember the All My Children storyline where Erica ended up finding out the child she had "aborted" was transferred into the doctor's wife and said son showed up 20 plus years later
