Life is too short to worry! We all should stop worrying and start living! What is the worst thing that can happen? Even if we fail, even if something doesn't work out, it's okay. We need to stop, readjust, adapt and find a new goal and a new way to achieve it! Life will always have it's ups and downs and we need to learn to deal with it. It is easier said than done, but it's important to remind ourselves that that's life. If nothing else, it's life. It's real, and sometimes it hurts, but it's sort of all we have. And we need to make the best of it! We should focus on the present, be happy, enjoy life and figure everything out along the way! ❤

I am an anxious person by nature and by upbringing, being the oldest of four sibling and the first generation to go to college is always the weight I have to carry. But then I look at the news and see just how much I have in common with those people in the news, and think that the worst can happen to us and what will I do if it does happen. It just this constant spiral into endless anxiousness that I can't always find my way out of. I always try ways to calm myself and it helps sometimes but watching videos like yours and listening to your words do help alot even if their not directed at me in particular. Thank you for your words and beautiful art. You have made my day!

Beautiful video and a great message. In 2008 I got really ill, chronic clinical depression and a personality disorder. I lived through ten years of absolute hell, I became an alcoholic and drug addict because I couldn't cope with it. My life went totally off course, and in 2017 I had enough, I went away to a psyche hospital for a month and off to rehab for another six months. I'm clean, sober, the depression has lifted though I still get an episode now and then, I find pleasure in the small things. Coffee in the morning, sunsets, my dogs. And painting, I realised I had a talent for it when I was rehab. Now I'm the happiest I've ever been, life is good and I don't worry about the future. Let go and let God. This too shall pass. All is well. ❤️💯

Listening to your mandala painting. As I told you earlier, I'm 70. So I have had everyone of the worries , concerns and disappointments you, and everyone has had, or will have. When I think about how little I've achieved I think about the Olympics. Every 4 years I am reminded that by the time I was 16 already I did not measure up to those kids who are THE BEST IN THE WHOLE WORLD at what they had chosen to do. ...so I've already lost the comparison game. I should have known to stop then. We are harder on ourselves than anyone else will EVER be. So, don't compare ourselves to anyone, ever, and then maybe we won't pass it on to your children. You, my dear, are an old soul who has helped more people through your thoughtful art, than most people do in a lifetime.
