He hasn't stabilized us at all. He scraped us fourth and now we're plummeting towards mid-table mediocrity. John Carver could have taken us to fourth with £250m, do remember Liverpool and Everton themselves fell apart last season. We were only really competing with Spurs for fourth and they've had a negative net spend recently if I'm not mistaken.
