Subject: The Qualifications and Certification of a Servant. (Pastor Galmon) How Great is our God. Advent Candle of Preparation. The Book of Mark portrays Jesus as a servant emphasizing that a faithful servant must be qualified to dedicate themselves to sharing the Gospel message with others. Our lives must resonates with Jesus Christ teaching and actions. Jesus was humbled and followed directions given by the Spirit, led Him in the wilderness where He was in communion with God. God elected and identified Jesus. Jesus demonstrated power over the forces of nature, over the evil spirits, over sickness diseases and death. Jesus Preaching and Teaching (Repentance) shows His qualification. God seeks a qualified Church.
