Bhai, I am urging you politely to invest in some good quality thumbnails. Your videos, content are A grade but the video thumbnails are one of the worsts out there. Fiverr or anyone with graphics design skills $5-$10 per thumbnail. Please, invest $100 USD on thumbnails to see if it changes anything. Big KZbinrs like Mr. Beast and others spend 10s of thousands on thumbnails alone. Mr. Beast told in a podcast, he first makes the thumbnail, then the video. Passion is one thing, business is another. We need to have a bit of both Tesla and Edison in us. Love from Dhaka.

In his economics book he places actors in lowest rung of society and they strictly paid according to their job and to be taxed heavily. The man was truly ahead of his time. He understood the perils of granting cult status to entertainers.
