You know I got him twice but after turles released, I didn't use him, he is boring in gameplay. Compare him to turles, if vegito wasn't green I would use him more since I love his gameplay (I only got turles once)

The main problem is, his lack of cover null without switching. He is basically a normal 1% sparking without his guage and art action. He has no combo potential without his last man standing. His green card gives no switching, but if it was cover null, he would've had combo potential. His guage runs out pretty quickly
