But you don't need to be able to do a thing to identify if someone else is good at it. You don't need to be a pilot to know a helicopter shouldn't be stuck in a tree. "You couldn't do any better" is a weak excuse when it's supposed to be your expertise - it doesn't matter how bad someone else is at it, YOU should be good.
