I love your honesty on both ways you review books. You're favorites and not favorite. Giving great detail on the why! Youre reviews are awesome. Great job as always!!😊❤

I read Adorning the dark a few years ago. I liked it, but I remember feeling the same- that it wasn’t quite what I expected

I have heard from a couple of people that they didn't like Adorning The Dark. It definitely sounds like something I wouldn't agree with/like

Thanks for sharing this Katie! It is nice to know what books to steer away from.

So interesting about Lady Jane - had it on my TBR. I haven’t read one from her yet.

My worst book of 2024 was a Dear America book, I just found it very depressing. I enjoyed hearing your thoughts!

Interesting, I haven’t really heard anyone be critical of Adorning the Dark! I wonder what I will think of it whenever I get there…

Lady Jayne Disappears was disappointing to me too, mostly because of the message as I understood it. I really did not like how the mystery resolved.

I'm sorry Lady Jane Disappears wasn't a great read for you. I liked it, but it is also the only book I have read by Joanna.

I have read three so far, but I am looking forward to more of her works.
