In this video we take a look at some of the biggest bowling misses by well known PBA bowlers. Nearly all of these misses came at crucial points of a match and more often than not, cost these players the win.

Watched the 2023 PBA Tour Finals stepladder match between Kyle Troup and EJ Tackett. Tackett's miss of the ten pin in the tenth of the second game cost him a place in the final, which Troup went on to win.

@@bouxx00 a pro told me that one of tackett's problems is that before a match even ends and he believes he's going to win, he's not up there, mentally preparing for his next shot, he's preparing what he's going to say when he hoists the trophy, thus causing brutal mistakes.

hey, my families bowling alley made it in the video. Kingpins Alley in South Glens Falls, NY. Was a good match for O'Keefe, but good god was she not happy after the 5 count.

I was there for that Shannon O'Keefe 5 count. The whole crowd just fell silent in awe. Shannon gave us an "It's ok!" Shortly after. She handled that unfortunate moment with such class and professionalism.

Extra little bit to the Page miss-him and Allen were Tour roommates and very close friends, which is likely why Allen had the reaction he did. glad Page eventually did get his major though

It happens. I missed very few myself in the past. I rather miss the five pin instead of guttering the ball from the first attempt.

I wouldn't wholly call leaving a Greek Church on a fill shot as a "miss." It's an errant shot caused mostly by tough lane conditions vs. a lack of focus. She could have easily lucked out and got 8 or 9 on that shot. Pete missing count, or the grand daddy of them all, Don Genalo rushing when he didn't know the score are better examples. Chris Barnes whiffed a 3-6-10 at least once this year to prevent him from advancing. Bowling sucks like that lol.
