He lost his job, his wife and family, it was horrible. And the worst part of it was that nothing happened to her. I honestly don’t understand why circumstance doesn’t matter in prison. In a place where the vast majority has an explanation behind why they’re there that goes far beyond what’s on paper, you’d think that would be the place where finding out someone’s circumstance would matter even more, considering the extremely unfair ones that land so many people in there in the first place. As far as sex offenders, things like peeing behind a dumpster at 2am (at least 12 states), soliciting prostitution (at least 6 states), consensual sex between teenagers (at least 29 states), even mooning and streaking (look those up, omg), can land you on that stupid list. But I guess in prison, mooning a cop equals fucking babies? Please help me understand that, for real.

This is really great advice, I've seen it happen too. I hope there are youngsters out there listening to you about this. When I was a Junior and Senior in High School I slept with so many younger girls I can't even remember half of them now. It was okay, I was jail bait so were they. When you turn 18 though, remember some girls and some parents can be ruthless and will put charges on you. Watch it! Now I'm 39 years old and I have two daughters one of them a 15 year old sophomore. I've always been straight up with her and she usually comes to me with questions sometimes about older guys wanting to hook up with her and what not. Like I said I tell her like it is, and the last thing I want is her getting with a guy like how I was. I remember my shit and how me and my bros would see who could be with the most chicks. It was like if you were one bad dude the finer and more hard to get girls you could get with. Homies be all congratulating you and patting you on the back saying, damn I can't believe you got her and this and that. I see now what an asshole I was and it messed with a lot of those girls minds. You see if your a guy they look at you like a god the more women you get. If your a girl, your looked at as a who're or a slutt, all kinds of bad shit. So now that my daughter is looking like my wife, well them guys are after her and I know what their thinking and what they want. You talk about crazy parents, well now I'm one of them. I'll tell you, this 19 year old dude that had been after my daughter since she was like in 7th grade kept bothering her. One day my daughter came home crying to me that the guy got pushy with her and while trying to kiss her copped a feel of my daughter. She didn't want me to call police or anything like that, but it fucked with her emotions. Daddy you were right about guys she said while crying to me. Then this dude wouldn't leave her alone, he couldn't take no for an answer so one night I put on a black hoodie and a mask. I had been watching him, he even called me a little bitch one day on the phone when my daughter handed it to me and I told him to stay away. He didn't, and I ambushed him and beat him within an inch of his life. I was one of a few suspects as this guy turned out to be a wanna be gangster and was caught not long ago molesting his two year old niece he was supposed to be babysitting. Now he's fighting the case but it's a losing battle for him. God be with him in prison because there ain't gonna be any MF's in this whole damn world that will be! All in all he knew it was me, and so did a lot of other people, but this guy was one of those people, that good people who want safety for their children are happy to see get smashed. Let's just say he don't go near my daughter no more, not even a call. My point is, their are some parents that are crazy when it comes to their children. Some may press charges on you and your through especially if they can prove you had sex with the girl. My advice, don't put yourself there even if you have been seeing the girl for a while now and your relationship is going good. Last thing you want is to end up in jail with a sex charge, or a crazy parent. Your going to get wrecked so take this warning serious guys. You better be sure.

Great video and good advice. These days many states have 'Romeo and Juliet' laws that protect young people from charges like you described with one high schooler being older than the other. I was surprised to hear that it didn't matter and that dude you talked about still got beat down. I was in the same situation as far as being a senior and had a sophomore girlfriend. I was 17 and she 15 when we met, and when I graduated I was 18 and she was 16. Her parents were cool though so no troubles, but since I had to repeat a couple failed classes, and she was ahead in a couple, we literally were in the same English class. It'd be crazy to get locked up or beat down over a high school romance. But another time, when I was 17 I had this other girl from a different school I met somewhere all over me. She wanted to get with me so bad...one day I answered the phone and it was her dad. She had told me she was 16 and since I didn't go to her school I didn't think anything of it. But really she was 14 and her friend had told dad I was 18. He wasn't pissed because apparently she had done this before and he was more about letting me know the truth than angry dad. I told him I was 17, hadn't touched her since we had just met, but I was sorry and would lose her number immediately. It ended well but could have been so much worse. In the end, I felt sorry for the guy because you knew he was in for some rough years with that girl. Keep up the vids, man.

I have spent some time in jails and prisons in the past. I have never met one of the “35 year old hot female teacher screwed 14 year old male student” types, but I was locked up with a lady who had a Child Seduction charge. Basically, he husband was molesting their daughters and she didn’t do anything about it. She always told me she didn’t know, but I don’t believe that. I do believe she may have been abused (physically, mentally, & emotionally) and was too controlled to do anything. She also had a super creepy vibe, so I always thought maybe she was more of a willing participant. I met her at work release, and while some kept a distance from her, I never saw her get into any altercations. Wouldn’t doubt if she got her ass beat in prison though, or at least called out. Girls tend to just squabble....even in prison. Way less physical fights than in men’s institutions. When physical fights do happen in women’s prison, it’s almost ALWAYS over someone flirting with someone else’s girlfriend. Lol. I do agree that girls in high school sleeping with guys a few years older are full on consenting by 16 or 17. I know at 17 I had several boyfriends who were between 19-21 and it was completely consensual. Love your channel, by the way. Always mean to comment but then get too busy or forget!

Your frontal lobe isn't fully developed until. 25 and that involves decision-making and understanding consequences so of course 18yr olds don't get it.
@ibrown3KC6 жыл бұрын
Rachel Rose - so are you saying men and women shouldn't be able to consent to having sex--or make any important life decisions--until they're 25 years-old simply because one portion of one organ isn't fully developed? Guys and gals at the peak of their sexual prowess are supposed to just ignore the raging, inevitable erections that are ready to burst through the seams of their jeans, and disregard their unavoidable pulsating pussies and creaming clams just because one part of their brain happens to take another decade to catch up to the rest of their bodies? Fuck that--let them fuck. Further, there's plenty of adults far older than 25 who make far worse decisions than 18, 19, and 20 year-olds. And most importantly, physically, mentally, everyone is different. 25 is just the AVERAGE age at which the frontal lobe becomes fully developed in human animals. Some it's 22 or 23, for others it's not until they're closer to 30. So, by that philosophy, if the development of the frontal lobe is to determine the age at which someone is permitted to decide when and with whom they fornicate, then I guess it should be 30-years-old just to make sure EVERYONE is "fully" capable of making decisions. With all that being said, I think we coddle and try to protect our children way too much. Me and all my friends were doing all kinds of freaky shit by the 8th grade (when we were 13 and 14) and that's because our hormones were raging and our bodies were ripening like a damned corn cob in August. Do I like the idea of my son or daughter doing what I was doing at age 14 and 15? No. But I'm also realistic and I know that it would not only be impossible, but also cruel to try and stop them and make them wait until their frontal lobe has "fully developed." And lastly, how, then, do we determine when someone is ready to fornicate? Do we just say it's 25 years-old because that's the average age the frontal lobe fully develops? Or do we force guys and gals to have an MRI to determine if their frontal lobes are fully developed and then give them a document with a stamp of approval stating that "Mr. So-and-So now has a fully developed frontal lobe and, despite the fact that his testosterone levels are beginning to decline with each and every year and is thus probably far less interested in sex than he has been over the previous 12 years, he now has the government's permission to fornicate with fellow humans who have obtained the proper, government authorized FDFL (Fully-Developed Frontal Lobe) documentation."?

@@kend5923 I'm assuming you were responding to my comment as being well-thought and researched and so on, and if my assumption is correct, thank you, I really appreciate it. As for the original comment and what she was saying, I know she never said that we should "outlaw sexual activities" due to the fact that most humans' frontal lobes aren't fully developed until age 25. I just wanted to know what, or if, she thought something should be done or changed to appease this "frontal lobe issue." But mainly, I was just offering those hypothetical examples and scenarios as a means of illustrating why the "frontal lobe argument" should never be used as a way of determining when someone--and certainly not an entire society--has permission to have sex or make "adult" decisions or anything else of that sort. Anyways, thanks again for you comment/compliment (assuming you were talking to me.)

I have a friend who was out camping on the beach with a couple of friends. He was 23 at the time. A group of girls with college sweatshirts came up and said they went to the local college and were 18 and 19. My friend ended up hooking up with one of the girls in his truck and the next morning her parents came looking for her. Turns out she was 15. (We saw her out a weekend not too long after at a club with a fake ID, drinking). He ended up doing a year in prison and has to register as a sex offender for ten years! He made a mistake of course, but I don’t believe he should have had such a harsh punishment. Be careful people!

Texas also has a four year difference allowance. So once the youngest is 16, the older can be twenty. However, a 19, can’t get down with a 15, bc at least the younger must be 16. Also, a 16 cant get with a 21 bc even thought the 16 is old enough, she’s still a minor and the 21 is beyond the four year difference. I think this is pretty reasonable.

So strange, I was just having this conversation with my girlfriend last night lol. I was with a girl like this situation for a few months, back in the day and her parents loved me. She had lied about her age to me, and when I found out I freaked a bit, even though her parents were totally cool with it. They even said I was a good influence on her lol. Yeah, I had to break that off in a hurry. Telling me she was 18 haha! I should have asked for I.D. upfront! Don't believe it guys!! If you are in doubt, you are probably right, better to check that I.D. and look like a fool, than to catch a charge you will regret the rest of your life. Serious shit...

He got looked up online by some dudes girl on the outside and the whole pod knew by the next day; Needless to say he did not last long he ended up having a cell door slammed on his foot until it snapped. The people involved were not even disciplined 4 people were brought out and talked to all 4 stayed in the pod no check out no added time. Chomo's get no quarter even from the C.O's so think about that when you fuckin with any girl thats not a legal adult.

I was on a grand jury that sent a 15-year-old boy to prison for life. He played hooky from school ordered a pizza and a 20-year-old married girl delivered the pizza. She came to the door and he shot her in the head through the window n the door killing her instantly. She was married with a 7-month-old baby. She was actually delivering pizza to buy nice clothes for her child. He did it for a joyride in her van. What is his status in prison? His nickname is Pizza man.

I agree about having a nationwide age of consent. The US is so weird about state law versus federal law. Like in certain states like Colorado weed is legal, but federally it’s still illegal. So dispensaries that are legally selling weed can still be raided by the DEA. It makes no sense. In Canada we legalized weed country wide
