You can use the “Transient Curse” item to fight the ghosts, if you ran out, there’s a merchant that sells them, and the ghosts drop them pretty frequently

Anor Londo yes for sure, that’d be by where the blacksmith that you pissed off was - you go through the gate that you saw the giant open up. The area that you’re in with the ghosts is a later game area, you go there to get the ember that lets you upgrade your weapon to +15 which is the max. The ghost area is also called “New Londo Ruins”. You get a key in Blighttown that unlocks a gate later in that area that lets you take out the water that’s locked in there. Btw the gargoyles fight you did, there’s a guy you find after ringing the bell that will “absolve your sins” or something like that - it just means that for a price he’ll make NPCs not pissed at you. Tip: in any souls game, I always talk to NPCs with no weapons in my hands and facing away from them incase my finger slips and I attack em. You actually got close to heading towards the merchant earlier in this video, where you taught the “Capra Demon” (the small arena w/ the guy and two dogs) if you head out the door, go left down the stairs and to the right you’ll see 2 assassin dudes and you just keep heading that way and it’ll lead you up a bunch of stairs and then to a long corridor with water running on it. That will lead to a gate which is a shortcut back to fire link (what a lot of people like about Dark Souls is how interconnected the map is. The merchant is in that corridor with water running through it at the beginning before you get to the shortcut gate. The Capra Demon boss also gave you a think called “the key to the depths” which is on the way to the shortcut I fold you about. It’s before you go up the long staircase after the 2 assassin guys. In “the depths” you get an “ember” that you give to the blacksmith Andre that will let you upgrade your weapons up to +10 and there’s other embers that will let you give your weapons different elemental effects - though it’s not like giving affinities in Elden Ring - it’s more like an upgrade path, Fextralife explains the upgrade paths really well. I think what’s really messing up your experience with this game is that you chose the “Master key” as your starting gift, this is an item new players really should have because it leads to sequence breaking and getting all turned around on where to go since you can unlock a lot of later game areas that you shouldn’t be in. Hopefully this info helps and I’m looking forward to your videos on this because it really is a good game and I’m sorry your first experience was so muddled by using the master key.

@ anytime man, I was put off a lil from the complaining but I watched your video all the way through and I totally understand the frustration since the master key really messes things up. Im looking forward to more of your videos on DS! And any questions you ask in the videos I’ll be happy to answer in the comments lol. Oh btw I was high off my ass when I wrote the long comment so I messed up on some words 😂 sadly btw, after fighting the spider lady with the great wrack, the guy you killed behind the invisible wall that had the worms come out of him was an NPC, he taught some pyromancies and gave you an item to cure a parasite that you get if the worm dudes bite you - it’s okay though since it doesn’t look like you’re using pyromancies and they were just poison spells anyway. The good thing is that the cure to the parasites, the “Egg Vermifuge” actually drops from a variety of sources including the worm dudes in the Demon Ruins just outside the bonfire in behind the secret wall with the big white spider chick with the “amazing chest” 😂 this is all I got for now but I’m excited for more of your content man cause I always love watching new people play DS..and their suffering 😂🤙🏼 btw it’s not just you, the game is slow and clunky af compared to Sekiro and ER - Demon Souls is clunkier imo

Damn shame you didn’t like the game. I agree, it doesnt have a lot of replayability (at least for me) but this game gave me a sense of wonder on exploring, something that ds3 could never do, not to say ds3 is bad, I love both.
