Worst Dentist Ever!

The system for malpractice cases in my state (Indiana) and 16 other you have to get the medical review board to choose your side or the doctors before going to court. Yes you guessed it the panel is 3 of the doctors peers.....so the other doctors....needless to say what is in place to weed out meritless cases is a good Ole boys club that hides the ugliest of cases! Thus not bring shame to the profession, not putting their necks out against a colleague and costing him money, insurance premiums and the state money also. Not taking accurate note at all lieing about how things went. Saying damn it at the time of incident and trauma. Continually saying everything went great and will be good as new in weeks after asking repeatedly how it went. Had to beg for a post op appointment. Zero notes taken during appointment at all by any of the 3 women or doctor. He behaved very unprofessionally and performed a blind test all no record. And to top it off he told me it was all just a inconvience not just to me but to himself also because insurance..... Please tell me how none of that is malpractice! My life btw ruined. I have chronic pain in 3 different forms in mouth and face. My sensory system is over whelmed constantly same with my nerve in my faces. My pain is increased with literally any physical activity and sensory stimulation. It is worsened with my own anxiety depression and ptsd courtesy of the trauma. Oh and it can flare up with out being triggered at all. Every body system I have has been effected. The system is set to bury anyone who tries to fight it. My entire life messed up and just nothing I can even do about it cause 4 guys with egos

This happened to me. I want to dentist that told me I had 13 cavities( mine you I take care of my teeth and have always been told from pervious dentist that I didn’t have any) then I go to another doctor that a friend referred me to and I had none and he complementing me on how good my teeth were

So did no one sue the dentist or anything? Malpractice can shut down a clinic and not only that isnt it also considered if she used a specific types of payments the No Surprise Act would be in roll?

Suing is not the action you take to remove an incompetent/fraudulent dentist. You would report them to the Dental Board as well as possibly the Health Department.
