Like yeah if you're gonna insult ME personally for having a different opinion I might have issues, but FJ are never ugly in their criticism and always have something interesting to say (plus they clearly know movies super well!!)

@@isabellamorris7902I’ll never understand this. It’s insecurity, almost with a dash of narcissism. Narcissists care SO much, about their image. Therefore, you can’t say anything that sounds like an afront or criticism, because that “attacks” their own idea of perfection of the self. So suggesting, something they like is garbage, they take it as you saying “you, yourself are garbage, because you have bad taste”, although that’s not at all what’s happening. I get so irritated at those people.

My Fish Jelly watching guide: if video is under 20 minutes watch when it comes in queue. 20-30 minutes if you aren't in immediate danger watch immediately. if video is over 30 minutes drop everything and watch immediately. The shade will be worth it!

So I’m sitting here, wrapping up gifts for my 2 daughters (I was able to get them things from toys for tots and a local church, not a chiurch goer but I truly appreciate them helping out a single mom) dealing with the stress from THEE most stressful year of my life (getting out of a brutal dv relationship that’s draaaaaging out in court, my mothers husband has cancer which is taking a tole on her, and I don’t do well in silence so I ask my daughters to whoever is on the tablet, please bring it up to me (I slightly open the door and quickly grab it so the don’t see the gifts). When I tell you, Nick and Josh, how the stress immediately left me once I saw that y’all uploaded, and oooooh, once I saw the title I got my metaphorical “reading” glasses on and I just truly want to thank the both of you for the happiness u brought me tonight, and bring me with each upload-thank u for always keeping it real, and I send y’all much love and support! Speaking of the Shyamalan daughter's terrible movie: Daddy Shymalan's movie "The Trap" should've been on this worst list, too, but I know Nick lost his goddamned mind and gave it 3.5 stars. It was truly abysmal -- just a glorified promo-concert-film for his *other* talentless daughter, like he had to spread out the nepo. I felt like I paid $20 to watch an obnoxious stage-dad try to convince us his daughter is the next Janet, and dragged poor Josh Hartnett into the shitty infomercial.

The thing about Tarot is that it's basically the bare minimum skeleton for a story. Like they just took a generic template and then tossed some stuff on the board without having a compelling idea, and then made sure the cast was diverse. Blake Snyder's "Save the Cat" calls the old character that fills everyone in on the back story that you were complaining about the "half man" character.
