Units that have very high Offense like Ultra Gohan, UG4, Janemba, Rose ect will has always had Shit defenses The trend is quite noticeable once they're off boost system. As in every Ultra with super high offensive stuff has had terrible defensives

Id say ug4s main issue is how squishy he is. If you dont have zenkai buffers or health/defense specific equips/z abilities he tskes so much damage, his gauge saves him. Especialky in the current meta with so many good yel units, getting hit with a blue is devestating.

How I want them to fix Ultra rose with a plat is to give him 5 counts of cover null on entry with increased Unique gauge fill rate like Dragon fist. Simple way to make him much better

Not necessarily. Due to him having type neutral, long combos, the most broken Ultra ability in the game and near infinite vanish. He's still a pretty good Ultra. Most probably in the top 5 when it comes to Ultras

Also the extreme bleed is really clutch if you wanna finish off your opponents who are left with low hp, combine that with the vanish restore on kill and it makes him able to stay on the field for a long time... His kit is still pretty deadly if you use it correctly and one single mistake from legends and this guy gets a plat and the meta will be cooked all over again cause the only thing this guy lacks is just disrupt to be an unstoppable force in the meta again...
