Way too much flash heal. Use POM on CD, use renew to bounce it and keep up renews on tank Use the soul warding cape rune and use power word shield when you have downtime or when you know damage is incoming soon. Use dispersion and shadowfiend to keep up mana. Use penance instead of circle of healing. If youve done EVERYTHING and its all on CD then use a flash heal

I’ve noticed that you usually take the role of Healer to the group. You just have a desire to help others. You’re really a very good person at heart…. One thing i would say Joy is don’t be shy.
