Maximum of them no humanity, they are very rough, they know only money. No smiling, no gentleness, no kindness.

This hotel was a disaster! You're right, they only care about money. We got ripped off for AC that didn't even work, and the room was pretty untidy too..no clean bedsheet, no clean pillow covers. And to top it off the manager had an ' I don't care' vibe. He had zero empathy and zero concerns for our problem.

What local administration is doing. They should step in and sort out the problem. Such kind of problem is common occurance in Hardwar. Once I was given a normal room instead of deluxe room booked. A sort of Help Desk manned by police personnel will of lot of help to stop this practice of cheating the customers. Local administration may think over this.

It's infuriating, isn't it? At this point, we're still unsure what we actually paid for. They're hesitant to provide even the most basic services, such as a clean room with clean bedsheets and pillow covers. To make matters worse, they entered our room without our permission while we were away. Can you believe this?"

Why does the District Administration not take any action against the hotel for cheating? Also I think the couple should file a case in Consumer Court

Online krne se thora easy rehta hai nahi to luggage leke fir hotel dekhne jana thora mushkil hota hai... But ye bhi sahi hai, pehle khud jake check kr ke book karna better hai. Waese to humne bhi check kiya the lekin kisko pata hoga ki AC sirf dikhane k liye tha aur chalta nahi hoga

I can understand ur situation that time agr rent pe rah rahe hon 1 month se to hota bhi h ki ghush kar sahi kra liya apna Samaan but hotel me aap to just check in kre honge apka to koi fault nhi tha unko room change kr dena chaiye tha hotel waalo ki galti h

Aap soch bhi nahi sakte hum kitne pareshan huye the. Hamara pura stay kharab ho gaya tha. Aur pata hai, unlogo ne humse AC room ke charges hi liye. Aj tak refund nahi kiya 😅 And the worst part, wo log hamare permission ke bina hamare room me ghuse. This was unethical and unacceptable. Video me to bas hamara 10% frustration dikha hai..but waha Jake humne Jo jhela tha wo shayed samjha pana impossible hai.

@@devutsa 😃hansi bhi aari h ab to sunkar, I understood gye ho aap waha ghumne aur mind me din bhar 🤣AC theek huya hoga ya nhi yahi chl ra h as well as apne samaan ki security kahi gum na ho jaaye , insaan enjoy kaise kre aishe me, but it's ok guys hota h life me aisha bhi experience kabhi na kabhi I remember my collg time, mere bhi land lords k ghar me construction work chl ra tha 😃2 month tak aur unke labour ghus jaate room me bina pooche, but aapka to hotel tha it's totally unacceptable 👎aap log masoori bhi jana ghumne , by the way I am from dehradun 👍happy journey

Sahi kaha aapne. Sab kuch experience ki baat hai. No doubt hume bahut pareshani hui but it's over now. And btw hum Dehradun aur Mussoorie bhi gaye the. Dehradun me stay kiye the. We loved that place. Waha ek black pepper restaurant hai. Wo to hamara favourite hi ban gaya tha 😄 Well humne waha ka bhi vlog banaya hai. You can watch it anytime on our channel 🫶
