Eastleigh generates the highest revenue in Nairobi per day compared to any other place in Kenya so it makes perfect sense why they put up that mall there.Once it gets occupied fully that place will be booming.

That location is off - no adequate Parking, too crowded, not easy to move around, sorry to my Somali relatives, but given how you segregate, this is creating, not little Mogadishu within Kenya, but pretty much, the most successful Somali community, anywhere in the world 😮 ...a thriving Somali within Kenya 🇰🇪 😮. That money stays in Somali community with Kenya 🇰🇪 acting as a place holder until Somalia 🇸🇴 stabilizes. The Kenyans are working low level jobs or hustles.

For me, my first impression when I saw that mall is that it looks like a maximum security prison. I do not like the design, barely any windows. To make it worse, the location is not strategic in that most people residing around that area are low income earners, so they will not really afford designer products that characterize big malls. The best location for such a mall should have been in middle-income suburb somewhere in Gigiri, Westlands, Muthaiga, etc. where the target market is.

I wholeheartedly concur that the BBS Mall's current location suffers from severe inaccessibility issues. However, this situation might serve as an opportunity or a wake-up call for the government to invest in infrastructure development in Eastleigh. A thorough research would reveal that Eastleigh is rapidly evolving, particularly in terms of erecting tall buildings, and it has taken the lead in this aspect.

Greetings from Boston. It's raining today. First of all, they should have named it Copley Place Mall. Then they should rename some of the Eastleigh streets near that mall. For example, there should at least be one called Boylston Street, and another one named Huntington Avenue. A third can be called Newbury Street. If parking is very tight, they can start valet parking to give people jobs. Are you following me? Do you catch my drift? I'm just teasing and trying to get a laugh out of you. Nice video and, jokes aside, you make very good points.😀
