Worst market for my Flower Farm | Florida Flower Farm

In this video, I am showing the ups and downs of flower farming. I started the week with up getting my first compost delivery (20 cubic yards of compost) and ended the week with a failed market. This was a 4th of July market and I learned a lot from it.

Your bouquets were gorgeous! I totally agree that the lack of sales must have been bc people were staying to watch fireworks and not headed right home…it certainly wasn’t because of the flowers! Keep up the great work!

You're doing great, I would have bought one! I really like the colorful bouquets with the flag and the bow was really pretty too. Have you seen living on a prayer flower farm? She's one of my favorites and in a pretty similar climate to you in Louisiana.

We have farmers market every saturday in my home town 5 min driving distance.. but I make 4 times more sales in the neighbouring tiwns farmers narket.. so I drive 40 min there every saturday.

Have you made your local florist(s) aware of hour business? Find out what flowers they frequently need and see if the you can be their supplier.
