Oh boy that poor dog. Thankfully he was blessed to have you groom him . You showed him there is another side to life and that there is love and hope in the world. Thank you for raising awareness of this . It’s a shame he must return to his previous situation. Hopefully where another person arranged the groom they will continue to look out for him now. I find it a sad world that people can be permitted to repeatedly do this and get away with it as long as some point they take to a groomer as they are shown to making a change/ effort and improving the dogs welfare. Hopefully one day things will improve for animals. Especially as they give such unconditional love and loyalty towards their family. Rescue centres are there for a reason if you can no longer meet your animals needs, better that than them suffer in any way. 🦋🐾

I like to watch my favorite pet Groomer but after coming across one of your video's. I must say I was highly impressed with the way you handled the animal and the entire situation period. I know the dog was a absolute nightmare to groom. I'm talking about his coat not his behavior because he was a sweetheart. But you stayed professional the entire time you informed us of the dire conditions of his coat and without being overly dramatic like some groomers you simply went to work and got the job done. Thank you for helping this poor animal . You are a lifesaver sweetheart 💖🤗🐕❤

Hi Tess Thanks so much for your comment and support. It is really appreciated. I can't speak for other groomers but I personally believe the doggos all deserve a calm and composed hand. Becoming overly emotional only leads to ruin my own day. There's a real sense of achievement in choosing to make the most of what you've got. Not to mention that most dogs will feed off your energy. If I freak out, the doggo will have no idea what we're freaking out about but he'll freak out too. If I'm calm, he'll mirror my energy and do his best to remain calm also. Definitely doing my best to be the rock these babies need on a hard day. 🥰

So many emotions watching this one. My mother always said, "if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all." I'm just going to leave my hope that Wocky never gets into a shape like that again. Thank you from freeing him for fur hell.

Thank you Holly, I was raises the same way but on this particular occasion, I had to speak up for the little guy. I'm hopeful he is going to be ok now 🥰

I go with Einstein on this one: The worst thing is not that bad folks do bad things, the worst thing is that good folks let it happen. Someone messed up big time with this dog, and not talking about is just the thing they will want. Glad Kylie has the guts to be honest.

I loved watching you relieve this sweet dog’s misery. You kept your comments fairly neutral which was impressive. So sad for both dog and owner for a dog to get to this state. Taking care of your fur baby’s health and comfort is part of that very rewarding relationship.

Just found you and love the way you worked with Wocky. Who’d have thought such a cute dog was under all that horrid matted coat. I’m a permanent follower.
