It is true that Hollywood needed an earthquake to change some inertias, and change really did happen. But now the massive excesses of Wokism, as with any ideology will be trimmed. We will be left with more women, more non whites having a way open to show the little or much talent they may have, we will get used to see the whole nation more represented in Hollywood at all levels, but certainly bad acting, bad scripts, blatant political statements disguised as new characters will lead Hollywood to lose the only thing they really care about: money, tons of it. For the show to go on the audiences will have to put all these political manipulations, all these antiwestern pamphlets in their right place, as it is happening with the movies presented here and many others that people have massively and rightfully rejected. It will help that even by many by people theoretically represented by Wokism don't want to see crap disguised as representativity and "inclusion". Yes, enough is enough, and the needed changes, which didn't start with Wokism by the way, will stay and all the BS will be legitimately send in the trash can of cinema history.

Yeah I’m gay and this whole forced representation is not only something I never thought I’d see in my lifetime but how and why it’s being so dominant in media just feels wrong and even makes me feel like my sexuality is being shoved down peoples throats and using false inclusivity for a quick buck and a “look at me or else” category .
@r.8902 Жыл бұрын
as another gay, i've thought this same thing. at first I thought it was great to finally see some representation, but over the last decade it just feels like gay characters are just there to fit the gay quota necessary for the show to be "diverse". and the sad thing i've noticed is that there is 1 lesbian couple to every like 15 gay couples.

A few minutes into Obe Wan - and I SWEAR this is the truth - I thought "a strong black female CANNOT be evil", googled "does the tough black chick in Obe Wan turn out to be good?", and learned two things : her name is Reva, and YES, she ends up good because *it's literally impossible for anyone black or female or gay or trans - basically anyone NOT a white male - to be anything but FLAWLESS.* What's the point of watching a show when you can literally separate good/bad, smart/stupid, strong/weak based on gender, ethnicity, and chosen gender IN THE FIRST EPISODE?!!?!! Wonderful work awarding Worst of Woke Awards! The intro is a concise, accurate summary of 2022's "entertainment." I really enjoyed this video, especially the use of truth, humour, sarcasm, and just plain wit! This video is the exact opposite of an insomnia cure. (I did not catch the name of your minion, but her voice seems familiar. She has quite a keen sense of humour!) There is an excellent use of images to match the text. For example, at 21:12, the award for Most Damaged Franchise: the hobbits hiding from the Nazgûl in the forest, and Merry and Pippin being kidnapped as you describe what was done to Tolkien's IP. I retain hope that the show is so terrible that it will not besmirch Tolkien's legacy. As a matter of fact, apparently sales of the books have increased, so maybe the show inadvertently kindled curiosity in the source material for people who previously had no interest in, or were unaware of, Tolkien's works. You must have had some difficulty in picking the winners for a number of these categories! It was a clever idea to use fan voting, too! Thank you for turning garbage into actually enjoyable entertainment!
