With Lara bars, I just try to avoid eating one flavor too much and have started using them with Rise protein bars: 2.1 oz, 280 calories, 20 g protein, and 20 g carbs. Only 3 ingredients, ground almond, whey protein powder, and honey. If you like almonds and honey, they taste great.
