Nice to see you out there buddy! Hope we get to run together soon. Plan to be out there Thursday or Friday depending on weather and my pain threshold. Back ribs are killing me from last week. I forgot my rib protector and ran first session without, then borrowed one exactly same size as mine from shop, but I think that first session bruised them up pretty good.

Best advice I can give you is hit the gym. Biggest hazard I faced was dodging the crap that fell of others karts on the track. Nothing like seeing something bouncing in front of you then realize it's a 2lb lead weight.
