Both! I knew how to build a house...built several in the states. But never built a house out of metal. I built a metal workshop...did a little welding...but was not skilled enough to weld a whole house like I am now....so I am learning as I go. LOL

make it up !!!...lol..alan i do have a bncr acct but every time i try to log in just to check things it will not take my i.d. (passport#) or p.w...again i have to call them tmmrw..i hope this isn't that i have to change p.w. every time i try to log in...crazy

Devil dog....hate to tell you but BCR (Bank of Costa Rica) is the WORST. That and BN (Banco National). With both of them....I had to change my password every 90 days... WHAT a PAIN. and the online experience sucks...BN was a lot better than BCR. But Sunday...I have some good news for you.

We did everything they asked for, nortirized,Apostille, about the same as residency paper work. My pay check stubs for 6 months , my 401k statements, still it was 5 k maximum per month. This was Banko National. 3 , 3 hour meetings. We just found work arounds to build our home.

Thanks...you are so right and...when you weld, it is a lot like the sun, you need to wear protection and often I am hard headed and do not wear protection. I need to get smart and wear protection!
