IMO, neither Arun Govil from Article 370, nor Rajit Kapoor in URI: The Surgical Strike can do justice to NaMo role. It's actually Kulbhushan kharbanda (Kaleen Bhaiya's father in Mirzapur series) would have been the best as NaMo coz his face bear striking resemblance to Modi. If you don't believe then watch him in Akshay Kumar's Khatta Meetha (2010) movie. Then you'll understand if I'm right or wrong. I wonder how come no casting director ever looked at him & offered him NaMo's role ?
