I love your sims streams so much, what a delightfully entertaining time. Not to mention gabby looks absolutely AMAZING lately, I love her blonde hair!. The reason for all the stutter/FPS loss is just the sims. You could run it with all the DLC or none and it would still drag and lag. I haven't finished watching the stream, but I believe there's an interaction you can preform on another sim called *"help fix bad relationship"* that drastically reduces the red bar back down to neutral. You may need to have a pack for it? But I'm not sure you do.

Pretty much, pressing escape and going to the menu for a second is the only way to fix the FPS drops.

I forgot to "wave off" alien abductions for the day (satellites only work for 24hrs) and my guy got abducted and got pregnant with an alien baby. When it was born, I named it "Spoiled Meat" and then gave it up for adoption.

I see someone already beat me to it during the stream, but i'd also love it if you guys all got the get to work expansion purely for the alien abductions. chances of it are raised by using the telescope at night while focused (searching for the truth) or advancing the scientist career enough to get a satellite dish to call aliens. probably a couple other ways, but those are the easiest ones to do. and yes, the jobs that come with the expansion can be rabbit holes where you just send your sim to work like you've been doing already. the game will ask you if you want to join them or not, just hit "no".

It is easy, just go to the Sims livestream where Cath was ill and not present. Yes, everyone was messing with Cath's character and all having a laugh over it, the hand kiss included. So, to be fair, while Alex was the one to actually do the hand kiss, all of you are equally guilty of encouraging in not only him doing that but in having Cath's character doing many different things that frankly, Cath would not approve of. So, you are all at fault. :)

Can't believe they didn't know who the Goodies are especially being English. I guess I'm showing my age. I don't think they read these but if if WPE want gnomes on all the houses Jake can go into build mode on each lot and just put one on each for no cost to the Barlow's. /end backseat. XD

some good DLC choices: Seasons, Cats and Dogs, Get To Work, Vampires, Realm of Magic, Island Living, Werewolves (yes i've mostly listed the ones that add occult sims, so what), Get Famous, City living, Cottage Living, as it adds Foxes as those can be kept as pets with the cats and dogs dlc, same with Raccoons and city living, i think. and maybe get Growing Together for the ability for sims to have their traits change over time like people tend to do in real life. god i hate how thats a dlc feature.

I've been watching the Goodies for around 12 or so years. I still have my uncle's old burnt disk, and some episodes recorded off the TV, but I've had the "full" set (as well as the somehow-separate final season DVD) for two years now. I'm surprised at some of the things they got away on TV back then, if they tried redoing the Goodies in the modern era, the PC police would goddamn raid it into the ground. Also big RIP to Tim Brooke-Taylor. We didn't deserve him and his ingrowing chin (that's an in-joke).

I mean, if the characters are autonomously doing mean things, that's been a common issue for the last three major updates. Just get MCCC and turn off autonomous mean interactions to stop the sims from making their lives worse.
