The card from guest services was a nice touch. I❤❤❤❤❤❤the wood key card. Glass water bottles are fab. Nice size closet for the city traveller. The lacquer wear is great. Tub is preferred over shower, but I feel that I'm in the minority and the men in my family prefer showers. The bath products are too chemical in contents. Overall it is a good exchange price for good room. I did like the Chiang Rai resort better.
