I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for your tutorials. I have been putting off learning how to play piano and in my research I found your page and viewed a couple of videos and was amazed at how quickly I was able to catch on. You really take your time and I am able to see great strides in my knowledge of Chords and progressions and see how they fit in the songs that we listen to. Glory to God! Thank you again for allowing the the Lord to use your gift to teach others such as myself how to play. In Jesus Name!

Best tutorial for this song so far. Thank you. Quick question though. In the original song, there's this walk down in his solo part that I've been trying to figure out. I think its from 4:25 to 4:31 in the original song. Its really pretty. Can you please check it out and update that section?

Fsharp and C sharp are not not considered accidentals. They are major components that make up the D major scale.

Hey Bro. Great Lesson... I was trying to figure out the chord progression for this song last night. quick question; As a keyboard player how do you deiced what bass notes to use with a given chord? I saw you used the Root, Root in octaves, Root & 5th also Root of a different chord over another chord. How can i work out how too do the same? Can you do a video a video on that. thanks in advance.

Ilike2learn worth by Anthony Brown in that key I play it by ear in the key of F. Or F Major or whatever you want to call it just the regular plain key of F with the key changes of B flat and C. still need to learn to chord and play in sharps. I can only play in octaves with the left hand and in chords and inversions with the right hand all in keys of C, F, E -flat, A-flat and D-flat. Only with minors as accidentals also with a few runs and I play by ear. But I can't find a piano teacher to help me further in advancement on the piano. I would do better with a piano teacher who would be more in between playing by note and playing by ear and is more spiritually and super naturally gifted in minded T even understand where to begin with me and giving me lessons and I can't find that. I can play and it will sound like the song but everything I play has a deep soul, and Southern Oneness African American Baptist Deacon Lead Devotion Not Praise And Worship Praise Team sound even when I play non Christian music. I'm used to playing for devotion congregational music led by deacons in these modern churches want to do praise and worship with praise teams and musicians and choirs and no musicians and instrumental CD soundtracks and for that matter I can't even find a church why could do more than just sit on the Pew, sing in the choir or praise team, usher or do complacent mediocre outreach!

Your playing a half dimminished chord not a fully dimminished chord it is an e half diminished.or more accurate gminor 6 chord, which is the same as a half dimminished. E chord. ,are you trying to teach correct voicing or just short cut patterns, you need to explain the theory bro A7pull to,the one chord ie home chord can be substituted for the minor 6 chord which has exactly the same pull to the one chord ,is gminor 6 which is the same as an e half dimminished chord that wants to go to the dominant 7 ie d note that becomes the D major
